Your Systems Don't Talk to Each Other

You've got great software for different parts of your business. Xero for accounting, a CRM for sales, job management for operations. But they're all islands. Getting information from one to another is manual, painful, and error-prone.

Double (Or Triple) Data Entry

Someone creates a job in the CRM. Then they have to enter it again in your job management system. Then again in Xero. Same information, three times. It's tedious, slow, and mistakes happen.

Information is Always Out of Sync

By the time you've manually updated everything, the information has changed. Your systems are showing different versions of the truth because you can't keep up with the manual updates.

Spreadsheets as the Glue

You're probably using spreadsheets to move data between systems. Export from one, massage the data, import to another. It works, but it's fragile, time-consuming, and dependent on someone remembering to do it.

How We Connect Your Systems

Operations manager and consultant checking job and customer information across connected devices

We build integrations that make your software talk to each other automatically. Create something in one system, it appears in the others. Update in one place, everywhere else updates. No manual work required.

Direct System Connections

We connect your systems using their APIs, the proper way software is meant to talk to each other. Real-time, reliable, and it just works in the background.

  • Two-way sync between systems
  • Real-time or scheduled updates
  • Field mapping and data transformation
  • Error handling and notifications

Automation Workflows

Not just moving data, automating entire processes. When X happens in one system, trigger Y in another. Complex workflows that used to need human intervention, running themselves.

  • Triggered actions across systems
  • Conditional logic and business rules
  • Multi-step workflows
  • Approval processes and notifications

Data Synchronisation

Keep your systems in sync automatically. Customer details, inventory levels, project status, invoices. Whatever needs to flow between systems, we make it happen automatically.

  • Bidirectional data sync
  • Conflict resolution rules
  • Scheduled batch updates
  • Real-time webhooks

Data Validation & Quality

Integrations that check data as it moves. Validate formats, catch duplicates, enforce business rules. Better data quality without manual checking.

  • Duplicate detection and prevention
  • Format validation and cleanup
  • Business rule enforcement
  • Data enrichment and standardisation

What Proper Integration Actually Gets You

Get Your Time Back

Stop spending hours every week on data entry and manual updates. That time goes back to actually running your business. For most clients, we're talking dozens of hours saved per week.

Fewer Mistakes

Every time someone manually enters data, there's a chance for errors. Automated integrations don't make typos, don't forget fields, and don't get tired at the end of the day.

Always Current Information

No more wondering if the data is up to date. When everything syncs automatically, you know you're looking at current information. Make decisions based on what's actually happening right now.

Scale Without More Admin

As your business grows, integrated systems grow with you. More jobs, more customers, more transactions. The integrations handle it. You don't need to hire more people just to shuffle data around.

Better Customer Experience

When your systems talk to each other, customers get faster responses, accurate information, and fewer "let me check and get back to you" moments. Your team has what they need, when they need it.

See the Full Picture

When data flows properly between systems, you can actually see what's happening across your business. Not fragments in different places. The complete story.

How We Build Your Integrations

  1. We Map Your Current Process

What systems do you use? How does information flow between them now? Where are the pain points? We talk to the people actually doing the work to understand what needs to happen.

  2. We Figure Out What Should Connect

Not everything needs to integrate with everything. We identify the connections that will make the biggest difference, usually the ones causing the most manual work or the most errors.

  3. We Check What's Technically Possible

Some systems have great APIs. Some have terrible APIs. Some have no API at all. We work out what's possible with each system and find the best approach, whether that's direct API integration, middleware, or creative workarounds.

  4. We Build and Test the Integration

We build the connections in a test environment first. Make sure data flows correctly, error handling works, and nothing breaks. We test with real data (safely) before going live.

  5. We Roll It Out Carefully

No big bang switches. We usually start with a limited rollout, one process, one department, or one subset of data. Make sure it's working well, then expand from there. Lower risk, faster fixes if something needs adjustment.

  6. We Monitor and Maintain

Integrations need maintenance. APIs change, systems update, requirements evolve. We monitor your integrations, keep them running smoothly, and update them as needed.

Systems We Commonly Connect

Accounting and Job Management

Jobs flow from your job management system to Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks. Timesheets and expenses sync automatically. Invoices get created in both systems without double entry.

CRM and Accounting

Customer details stay in sync between your CRM and accounting software. New customers get created automatically. Contact updates flow both ways. Sales pipeline feeds into cash flow forecasts.

Forms and Operations

Field data from digital forms flows straight into your job management or CRM. Photos, signatures, notes, all captured once and available everywhere it's needed.

Project Management and Time Tracking

Tasks in Asana, ClickUp, or Monday sync with your timesheet system. Time tracked against tasks flows back to project management. Everyone sees current progress.

E-commerce, Inventory, and Accounting

Online orders update inventory levels automatically. Inventory changes sync across all systems. Sales flow into accounting. Stock levels stay accurate everywhere.

Custom Systems and Third-Party Tools

Got a custom system that needs to talk to off-the-shelf software? We build the bridge. Your unique workflows don't have to stay isolated.

Common Questions

How long does an integration take?

Simple two-system integrations can be up and running in a few weeks. Complex multi-system workflows might take a couple of months. We usually start with the most valuable connection first, then build from there.

What if our system doesn't have an API?

Not every system has a proper API. Sometimes we can use file exports and imports. Sometimes we use tools like Zapier as middleware. Sometimes we build custom connectors. There's usually a way, it just might not be the ideal solution.

Is it expensive?

Less expensive than you'd think, and way cheaper than continuing manual work forever. We usually see payback within a few months just from time saved. Plus you get better accuracy and less stress.

What happens when software updates?

We monitor your integrations and handle updates as needed. Most software companies maintain stable APIs so updates rarely break things. When they do, we fix it quickly. That's part of ongoing maintenance.

Can we change systems later?

Yes. If you switch from Xero to MYOB, or from one CRM to another, we rebuild the integrations for the new system. It's easier than starting from scratch because we already understand your processes.

Do we need to change how we work?

Ideally, minimal changes. We try to automate your existing process, not force you into a new one. Sometimes we suggest small changes that make the integration work better, but we're not here to revolutionise your workflow, just make it easier.
